We take pride in the craftsmanship of every Candy Agu Designs piece.

Each item is carefully inspected before shipping.

Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Items damaged due to wear, water, chemicals, or improper care

Process
Email us at returns@candyagudesigns.com with your order number and clear photos. Approved returns will receive instructions.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend tracked shipping.

 

Local (Nigeria) Order

For customers within Nigeria:

  • Delivery timelines range from 1–5 business days, depending on location
  • Please inspect your item upon delivery
  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours

Once an order is confirmed as delivered in good condition, it becomes ineligible for return.

 

International Order

We ship worldwide and take great care in packaging each piece. Please note:

  • International orders are subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing
  • We do not accept returns for delays caused by customs or courier services
