1. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products & Craftsmanship
All Candy Agu Designs jewellery is thoughtfully handcrafted. As a result:
o Slight variations in color, texture, weight, or finish may occur
o Product images are representative and may differ slightly from the final piece
o These variations are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade jewellery
Such variations are not considered defects.
3. Pricing & Currency
o All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated
o Prices are subject to change without notice
o We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed
4. Orders & Acceptance
o All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
o We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion
o An order is considered accepted only after payment is confirmed and processing has begun
If an order is cancelled, any payments made will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.
5. Bespoke & Custom Orders
Bespoke and personalized jewellery is created specifically for you.
By placing a bespoke order, you agree that:
o Production timelines are estimates and will be communicated in advance
o Client approvals (design, sizing, personalization) are final once confirmed
o Bespoke and custom pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
o Candy Agu Designs is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client
Minor adjustments or repairs may be offered at our discretion.
6. International Orders
Candy Agu Designs may offer international shipping at its discretion.
Please note:
o International delivery timelines vary by destination
o Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
o Candy Agu Designs is not responsible for customs delays
o International shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped
Risk transfers to the customer once the order is dispatched.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
o Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
o Once an order is handed to the courier, delays are beyond our control
o Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch
We strongly recommend ensuring accurate delivery details at checkout.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Care Policy.
o Earrings and bespoke pieces are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization
o Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
o Requests must be made within the specified timeframe
Repairs due to normal wear and tear may incur a fee.
9. Jewelry Care
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with each piece. Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or accidents is not considered a manufacturing defect.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Candy Agu Designs.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content or jewellery designs without prior written permission.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
o Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
o Interfere with the website’s functionality or security
o Misrepresent yourself or your intent
We reserve the right to restrict access if these Terms are violated.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
o Candy Agu Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
o Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question
This includes, but is not limited to, courier delays or misuse of products.
